Heless GmbH aims to make its website accessible in accordance with the Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG) in accordance with EN 301 549. This accessibility statement applies to the website www.heless.de.

1. Status of compatibility with the requirements

a) This website is partially compliant with the Accessibility Improvement Act (BFSG) due to the following incompatibilities and exceptions.

2. Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:

PDF documents: Some of our PDF documents are not accessible. We are working on adapting these as quickly as possible or providing accessible alternatives.
Images without alternative text: Some images on the website have no alternative text. We are constantly checking and updating this content.
Keyboard usability: So far, the website can only be used to a limited extent due to a delay in implementation. We are working on a quick realization.

a) Disproportionate load

Go live: The accessible version of the Heless GmbH website cannot yet be made available due to delays in implementation. Heless is working to guarantee accessibility in the coming weeks. -
Easy language: Due to the disproportionate burden of the resulting high costs and the resulting benefits for the website, an easy language offer cannot yet be made available. We are continuously examining the possibilities for implementation.
