Delivery times 

The delivery time is 2-4 working days. In rare cases, there may be overlaps and the selected product may no longer be in stock at the time the order is processed. We will contact you immediately and refund you the cost of the unavailable product. 

Shipping costs & shipping service providers 

The flat-rate shipping fee for deliveries within Germany is 3.99. From an order value of €49, we deliver free of charge within Germany. The flat-rate delivery charge for Austria is €20.68. From an order value of 99 € we deliver free of charge within Austria. Shipping is carried out by our logistics partner DHL and is insured. As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Delivery area and minimum order value Our products are delivered to Germany and Austria. Shipping to other countries is currently not possible, but we are already working on expanding this in the future.

The minimum order value is €15. 

Payment methods 

The following payment methods are available in our shop: PayPal Purchase on account (via the payment service provider Ratepay). If you order by invoice, you will receive an e-mail from Ratepay with all payment information immediately after you have sent your order. 

 Returns 

1. please fill out the cancellation form and enclose it with your return. 

2. please make sure that the returned items are still in their original packaging. 

3. please send your return within 14 days after receipt of the goods with sufficient postage to:
