Delivery times

The delivery time is 2-4 working days. In rare cases, there may be overlaps and the selected product may no longer be in stock at the time the order is processed. We will contact you immediately and refund the costs. 

Shipping costs & shipping providers 

The flat-rate shipping cost for Germany is €3.99. 

The flat-rate shipping cost for Austria is €20.68. 

For orders over €49, we deliver free of charge within Germany.

For orders over €99, we deliver free of charge within Austria.

Shipping is carried out by our logistics partner DHL and is insured. As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a link to track your shipment.

Delivery area & minimum order value

Our products are delivered to Germany and Austria. Shipping to other countries is currently not possible, but we are already working on expanding this in the future. 

The minimum order value is €15.

The following payment methods are available in our shop:

PayPal, purchase on account (via the payment service provider Ratepay)

Returns process

1.    Please fill out the cancellation form and enclose it with your return shipment.

2.    Please ensure that the returned items are still in their original packaging.

3.    Please send your return to us within 14 days of receiving the goods, with sufficient postage: Heless GmbH, Zähringer Straße 45, 68723 Schwetzingen, Germany

4.    The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return.
